I have the Mirena coil which releases progesterone hormone. I no longer get periods with this coil, but I know that a lot of women do. As such, does my body experience a hormone cycle the same as an ovulating woman does? Or is my body experiencing something completely different?
The reason why I ask is because I've always had problems with hormonal imbalance and I'm looking to aid it in a natural way, but I honestly really don't understand what's going on in my body with this coil in. All I know is no periods and no babies.
