Started adhd meds when I was 11. Went off them my senior year. College started and I took birth control which led to psych meds for what was likely a hormone imbalance for the next 10 years. I’ve been off everything for about a year now. It’s been weird to get to know myself.
But I literally just realized this information and I don’t know what to do with it so here I am. Not asking anything. Just needed to type this out cause it made me feel some kind of way.
