Will laser hair removal on my face be fine?

I’m afraid now, I heard from someone online that if you have PCOS it makes it worse, like any hormonal imbalance. I don’t think I have PCOS, but I did stop taking T only a few months ago, and I got my period back very quickly and hair is growing back a lot already on my head so I assume my estrogen levels are getting back up there.

I already payed for a down payment (and I’ll be paying for two years) of laser hair removal on my entire face and neck. Should I be concerned that it won’t work? the problem isn’t the hair type. I have jet black, corse hair and pretty light/fair skin. I’m just afraid the hair will not go away, or even get worse.
