Hi. I need some advice how to deal with heavy period with clots.
My period is extermly heavy and I have huge clots the size of golf balls. For the past few hours I had to change my pad every hour to 90 minutes. Tomorrow I have a job interview and I don't know what to do. I have an hour long drive and then I don't know if I'll be able to go to the bathroom before the interview. So do I wear 2 pads? I don't think it'll be enough. I took 3 ibuprofens, it's supposed to slow down the bleeding but doesn't do anything for me. Tampon is useless against the clots. Incontinence pads work for the bleeding but not against the clots. I don't know what to do. I'm so tired of this shit. I'm so done cleaning myself and washing my underwear and clothes.
I've had a period like this before and I've talked to my doctor. I have hormonal imbalance and I can't take BC. Honestly, all my doctor does it tell me my period is heavy because I'm fat and need to lose weight. That doesn't really help me get through tomorrow so if anyone has any advice how to deal with this heavy period please help.
