Is uterine polypectomy really worth it?

My previous uterine polypectomy result came out as "nothing." The doctor said the biopsy after the procedure showed no polyps. Years later, another doctor performed a Saline Infusion Sonohysterography, and confirmed that I have multiple polyps. But my question is, how accurate is this sonohysterography result and her confirmation? She did admit that there is a chance that these polyps would turn out not to be polyps, just like my previous biopsy.

I do have menorrhagia (heavy bleeding) with discharging lots of clots during my period and spotting during ovulation, but no irregular bleeding. I have been drinking Raspberry Leaf Tea (Yogi brand) pretty regularly, and I feel that it helps a bit with hormonal imbalance, at least.

I am not sure if it is worth going through another polypectomy, given my previous history. I think that I have bad experience with anesthesia, and it is likely that it will give me panic attack and I want to avoid it...
