Starting over again - sa fitness journey

So... I went to the doctor today and I have overuse injury sa knee.. and yeah my mind went to my weight.. I lost about 2kg lang despite the intense exercises..

BUT!! im not giving up. I was told na because I have PCOS, intense exercises pala are a no-no kasi tumataas lalo yung cortisol levels na mataas na in the first place because of my hormonal imbalance, which contributes to weight gain na din.. So.. I'm just focusing on walking with knee supports na lang, as per her advice, then yoga stretching and floor exercises to strengthen the thigh and core muscles and realign my knee and just monitor lang din if the pain intensifies(LET'S PRAY TO GOD THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN!)

So yeah.. Bloopers lang to hahaha. Dahan-dahan lang kasi K* ikaw naman you really want things to happen kagad when life doesn't work that way.. lesson learned lang na dahan-dahan lang, relax. We'll get there.
