Hello! So I’ve always had normal cycles my periods lasted 5 days and 28 days in between. Then the last half of 2022 my cycles started to get a lot longer like 40 days between periods but when I got them it still lasted just 5 days. In February all the sudden I got a period that started off weird like dark brown spotting for a few days then it progressively got heavier like super heavy to where I was bleeding through pads and tampons (never happened to me, my periods were always medium to light flow) and this period last 18 days….. then it stopped for a week and started again the same, brown spotting then super heavy flow, 19 days but spotting even when I was “off”. This is how my periods have been since. I’m “off” my period right now but still spotting and my period is due in a few days. I am at my wits end and I can’t get in to see a gyno until June 7th 😓😓 I’ve always suspected I have PCOS I have a ton of the symptoms, just never been diagnosed. Does this sound like just irregular periods from a hormonal imbalance? Should I go to the urgent care in the mean time? It’s really affecting my life and needless to say sex life at this point
