Every month the last few months I’ve been having cramping, nausea, fuller tender breasts, major bloating from ovulation all the way to my period. Then horrid cramps on my period. Feeling like this is some kind of major hormone imbalance & over production of prostaglandins or something? Does anyone else feel crampy an entire week or more before their period?? This wasn’t my normal until recently. Any solutions or suggestions?
