Best Foods For Ovulation?

So I’m pretty sure I had a anovulatory cycle or I may have ovulated later than usual… (still on day 38) I’m aware that ovulation can be affected by a number of factors including stress, hormonal imbalances, and etc. But for my next cycle, I was thinking about maybe incorporating some foods into my diet in order to improve the likelihood of ovulation. So, ladies, any recommendations?

Additional, I still don’t know for sure what caused me not to ovulate so I’m just going to list some context here, and if anyone sees any red flags let me know! Im thinking of possibly changing my life style. I don’t want my fertility to be affected by poor life decisions!

Some context: I usually eat healthy, I don’t limit my calories or anything, but I typically only eat one meal a day (a large dinner) and some snacks and fruits on the way. This is how I grew up and I never had a problem with it before. (Intermittent fasting) I don’t work out that much, but despite that, I’ve always remained at 105lbs for pretty much since 13 all the way till now. (18) I don’t smoke and I don’t drink. My sleep schedule is a bit messed up, sometimes I end up sleeping at 2am-5am and I’ve just now started up waking up at 11am. But despite my messed up sleep schedule, I’ve always had regular cycles, but this anovulatory cycle only happened after I decided to start waking up at 11am.
