Low electrolytes but hate salty food

Hi everyone, I'm 38f, doing keto to help with inflammation, IBD-colitis, endometriosis, gastritis, several spine issues, also trying to shed 15kg weight I put on since diagnosed and put under lots of hormones and opioids. I feel the keto diet is the only diet that help me with anything but the headaches are becoming unbelievable, and I think they are due to electrolytes imbalance, I HATE salty food! Despise! No matter how hard I try I can't just "liberally salt your food" or take salt in anyway shape or form. I have tried some salt and vinegar shot recipes, kills my stomach, my gastritis reacts instantly. I have tried homemade electrolyte drink, for them to be palatable there was not enough salt in there. All the supplements I find on amazon are lower dose which I know will not be enough for my needs (I am naturally very thirst, big water drinker and on keto I go toilet literally every 30mins).

TL/DR: I hate salty things, is there a decent priced sodium and/or potassium supplement you think works and don't cause GI issues? Anyone doing this to help IBD?
