Can these deficiencies cause neurological and/or hormonal issues?

I feel horrible and I don’t know why.

So last year was the worst year of my life. Huge stress caused all time high anxiety and most of the symptoms associated with it (occasional headaches, panic attacks, tachycardia, heart palpitations, difficulty with falling asleep and so on). Besides that I started having hormonal problems: my prolactin got slightly elevated and it’s messing with my other sex hormones.

Most of doctors told me that I’m okay and told me to see a therapist even though I feel fine mentally, but not physically. But I know that something is wrong with my body. I feel like it tries to recover from stress but unable to. I’m pretty sure that it’s cause by my deficiencies but my doctors tell me I’m fine :/

I had my blood work done and here are my results:

  • low ferritin (11.1)
  • low iron (7.9)
  • low folic acid (3.2)
  • low vitamin D (5)
  • vitamin B12 (346) is it normal?? My doctor told me that these levels are fine but some people say it’s not enough, I’m confused.

Can these deficiencies cause anxiety-like symptoms and/or hormonal imbalance? I’ve never experienced anything like this before
