Hello,
I've recently been experiencing some puffy nipples and researching a lot about Gyno. Just wanted to ask some questions:
1) If all men have some breast tissue, when does it constitute actually "gyno"? I was reading that 70% of the male population has palpable breast tissue.
2) If gyno can go away for pubertal teens when hormones balance, can the same be said for adults who start to develop it due to hormone imbalances?
3) What are the early symptoms of gyno development? Does it start as a hard mass or soft, but firm?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated thank you all.
