Developing gyno in my early twenties?

I'm 24 at the moment. About 8 months ago I noticed I had gyno, I can feel lumps under my nipples, they are puffy and extend out a little bit. I don't remember ever noticing this before but I guess it's possible I just didn't? Never used anything that could cause a hormonal imbalance, at least I don't recall.

Any how, I might go to a doctor soon, I haven't yet. Will the doc be able to determine if this is something that happened recently or is pubertal? If it's happening/growing as we speak, I assume a blood test would show a hormonal imbalance?

I have been drinking and eating a crap ton of dairy for the past year. I mean 6ish cups of coffee (made purely with milk) daily. Food is mostly chicken and eggs, cheese with small sides. I wonder if it's possible contributing factor?
