Which am I most likely to have?

I am a young woman. I do not actually think I will have a child until I am in my early thirties (I have never wanted to have one past the age of thirty-five, since I’ve read about there being more complications.) I am an introvert. I have depression, anxiety, and most likely undiagnosed PTSD. I will note that I am either simply quite hairy (I have chest hair) or have undiagnosed PCOS/a different hormonal imbalance (I also have a few chin hairs like I remember my mother’s mother having had when I was a little girl.) I am black, if that means anything.

There is no history of twins in my family (I know that the husband or father’s family/his sperm will be the deciding factor, though) even though my dad has more than ten siblings. I have a low pain tolerance and likely won’t become pregnant more than once because of it. I have what is likely an internal hemorrhoid and a fissure right now/fissures (my butt hurts a lot and I am not coping with it well. Have cried once or twice within last two days and am not sleeping well.)
