Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Started law school two months ago, and noticed that I've been having panic attacks much more frequently. I know that it's normal since I'm in law school, but it's already affecting my mental, emotional, and physical health. I can barely sleep at night and have breakdowns often. I also experienced nausea and vomiting for the first time last week and just went home thinking it was just an acid reflux. Slept for just two hours last night and I feel so restless now. I was diagnosed with PCOS four years ago, and I'm afraid that the hormonal imbalance might just cause severe anxiety. I wanna get help right now and still debating with myself if I should quit or continue law school.

I don't wanna quit for the reason that I don't want to disappoint myself and the people around me. But I don't think it's still healthy.
