Recurring issues down there. Feeling so lost

So I posted about this a while ago, but I still haven't figured it out.

For years I have struggled with issues down there. Before I had an itch the week before my period, which went away once my period started. Now it's any time outside of my period. The itch is specifically around the opening and the clitoris. I also have more discharge, which ranges from white to watery. The last few times I've had this issue, I also had mild bleeding (which is only noticeable with a tampon). It is mildly painful and I can't have sex. There may be a little smell, but nothing crazy.

What's interesting is that while I had my copper IUD, I didn't have issues. On my current birth control (pill) I was okay after a little adjustment period (for months), but a while ago the issue came back. I did start thyroid medication a few months ago and now I switched to a different brand. With this brand I got the bleeding again and pain during sex (and it's a little sensitive anyway, not super itchy just yet). Anytime I switched to some other type of birth control, it's messed up right away.

I got tested for yeast and BV multiple times, but it never came back positive. I feel it's some hormonal imbalance that I can't seem to get fixed. Does anyone recognize this? Any advice is welcome because I truly feel lost and it harms my relationship, and my mental health.
