AITA for posting online?

So I was emotionally damaged from something my sister did. Rather than saying it to her, I posted about it on Reddit. My therapist says it was to deal with my feelings on my own (and doesn’t fault me with it); friend says it was for me to know if I was being crazy. Reddit majority found in my favour.

Anyway, I guess the details lined up so that my sis found it. She didn’t talk to me months. But, she also spread rumours about me, and tried to turn everyone against me.

I didn’t say anything and tried to keep my head high, just investing in the friendships and relationships that are valuable in my life. I also respect the people that could see through all of it.

Anyway, fast-forward to two weeks ago, and my parents got us together to talk. She started attacking me like crazy, and then started bringing up all of my really personal stuff - struggles with my health, relationship, everything. It was all things I had posted about on Reddit before. So, she read my entire Reddit history before I could even remove any of it.

I have shared extremely personal details in a specific group that struggles with hormonal imbalances after miscarriage. I’ve also had to take medication. She told my parents about the medication (they don’t know about the miscarriages), and everything else.

So, AITA for posting online, or is she the crazy one? And am I justified in cutting her off?
